The Maybe Pile
Fran McCann became a return client in 2019 as he was gearing up for the release of two singles and his first LP, “The Maybe Pile”. This time, he looked for something sophisticated, moody, and romantic to match the love ballads this album consisted of.
Upon my recommendation, we set out to create a streamlined approach to unique artwork for each release with slight emphasis on the compiled LP. The artwork includes my own original photography, photo editing, and type selection.

Proposed concepts for “Summertime”. This album artwork was utilized on streaming platforms such as iTunes, Apple Music, and Spotify.After preliminary design review with the client, these three concepts were presented as final to choose from
The final artwork incorporates masked imagery, manipulated typeface, and handwritten type in logo format.
